Overview
The Kusi Target is part of the Ono project and is prospective for high grade gold skarn and copper/gold porphyry and sits on the same structure as Hidden Valley gold mine and the Wafi-Golpu copper/gold project.
Previous explorers focussed on pursuit of a large, buried copper-gold porphyry and exclusively tested this model. Drill results also recorded a near surface high grade gold-copper skarn that is the focus of LCL’s exploration program at Kusi.
A 3000m drilling campaign commenced in March 2023.
